Starting on Monday, you'll be able to pre-order the new recording (helping ellis to fund the project). Ellis is starting to record the new album this winter. Not only will you receive a signed copy of the new album in the mail once it's completed, you'll also receive a download of a 50 minute concert, recorded at the 2008 Rocky Mountain Folk Festival today.
Ellis fans who wish they had a live concert coming up in their town will appreciate this pocket-sized alternative! Thanks to the festival and their amazing sound guy Ed, we received a copy of Ellis' recent performance on the Wildflower Stage.
This raw recording captures Ellis' caring and positive energy and also the enthusiasm from the audience. It also includes musical appearances by her long-time drummer Jennifer "JJ" Jones, the snazzy guitar stylings from Authur Lee Land, and a bit of mandola from Steve Szymanski.

Babe! The Musical!
Keep Sept 11, 12 or 13 open to catch Ellis' debut performance as the lead of Babe: An Olympic Musical. This workshop performance of the musical about Babe Didrikson will be held on the campus of the College of St Catherines, in St Paul.
